Top Digital Performance in Design, User Experience and Performance

With facts, figures and two new awards for digital, creative excellence, the hybrid trade fair event Discoveries developed by Häfele impresses. The aim was - despite the cancellation of the world's leading trade fair Interzum in 2021 due to the pandemic - to show presence - in innovative, digital form. Since then, the Discoveries platform has received an overwhelming response: This is evidenced by the more than 13,500 registered visitors, the pronounced internationality with content in 16 different languages and the presentation of a total of 11 top-class awards.

Various Häfele events such as roadshows will again take place on site, but the hybrid format of Discoveries will be further expanded and will complement such analogue events. According to Häfele, the international specialist for hardware technology, electronic locking systems and lighting, the online brand world will remain an important component of the communication toolkit in the future. The platform enables visitors to experience Häfele's service and product world at any time and anywhere in the world.

 

11 awards for the digital trade fair and event platform

With the two recent wins of the German Brand Award 2022 and the German Digital Award 2022, Häfele has now received a total of 11 top-class awards for the Discoveries experience platform, including the red dot award, iF award and Brand EX Award. Among others, the following were awarded prizes exceptional navigation experiences, interaction options and other features such as live stages and numerous immersion levels. The German Brand Award 2022 Winner honoured the Discoveries platform in the categories "Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation" and "Brand Communication - User Experience". In the category "Web site (stationary & mobile)", we also succeeded in winning the German Digital Award . The experience platform was awarded silver in the theme area "Idea/Innovation" and bronze in "Visual Design".

 

The new Häfele Service+ offer connects the digital with the real world  on the Discoveries platform: the virtual and charming brand  ambassador Max in dialogue with an expert on the topic of Service+  Assist.
