Gregor Riekena joined Häfele in 2011. He has been a member of the company management since 2015 and is responsible for the areas of brand management, products and communication. He assumed overall responsibility of the Häfele Group as CEO in 2023.

Sibylle Thierer

Sibylle Thierer

Chairperson of Board of Directors

Sibylle Thierer managed the family business from 2003 until the end of 2022. In 2023, she handed overall responsibility over to Gregor Riekena. As Chairperson of the Board of Directors, she remains responsible for control and steering of the Häfele Group.

Stefan Huber

Chief International Business Officer (CIBO)

Stefan Huber joined Häfele in 1996 in the capacity of product manager. Appointed managing director of Häfele Japan in 1998. Joined the company management of Häfele Worldwide in 2006.

Michael Distl is the newest member of the Company Management and has been part of Häfele since February 2020. He is responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Facility Management.
