So we asked ourselves what purpose our company serves. For our customers? And perhaps even for the world? And above all, what motivates Häfele employees around the world to devote their energy, passion and creativity to our company every day – above and beyond the material aspect?
Our Häfele purpose was born out of these ideas in an extensive and wide-ranging international discussion process. We took an in-depth look at our company development over the last hundred years, because a credible purpose can only come from within. We focussed on the long heritage of the company so it can also serve as a guideline for the future.
The Häfele purpose is our compass. And the consolidation of a long-standing lifeline that has resulted in a roadmap for the future.

Using our digital systems, components in the room can be controlled conveniently and networked with other smart systems. We are an innovative player in the digital world.
