Located in Mosman, one of Perth’s most prestigious inner-city precincts, NOMA Residences is an exciting multi-residential project designed to reflect and celebrate the areas historical character.

Parcel Property’s boutique development of 53 designer apartments include enviable residential amenities and are reminiscent of hotel luxe meets everyday life. Designed by award winning Plus Architecture with interiors by renowned DKO, the nine-storey mixed-use development preserves the area’s historical character through the extensive use of textured brickwork, archways and timber details that celebrate traditional craftsmanship. The apartments are thoughtfully designed to create relaxed and refined interior featuring sophisticated detailing, natural stone, warm timber, and a curated palette of muted blush tones.

Together with the Parcel Property, Plus Architecture, DKO Interiors and PACT Construction, Häfele’s 360 Project Service Team designed a door hardware and joinery fixtures schedule that reflected the quality and rich design details of NOMA Residences. The comprehensive door hardware schedule encompasses every touchpoint throughout the project and includes solutions from the entrance lobby to apartment entry, common areas and beyond.

The EL9000 keyless entry lock was selected for the apartment entry to meet the Parcel Property’s exacting specifications for security, flexibility, performance and style. The EL9000 provides the residents with multiple security options, including fingerprint biometrics, smart card, pin code and emergency key override, together with auto locking and intrusion warning function. Combined with the TS5000 overhead door closer, in a complimentary matt black finish, to ensure a smooth and secure apartment entry, ideal for first impressions and high frequency use.

The Seacliff lever design in a matt, graphite black, together with door accessories such as door stops and hinges from the Häfele Designer Series collection were selected to compliment the interiors palette and provide a robust, and consistent finish for the numerous touch points throughout the project.

Sophisticated detailing and discreet functionality are distinctive features of NOMA Residences and is reflected throughout the specification of premium Häfele joinery fixtures. The bespoke joinery design features push-to open soft close doors, Alto soft-close drawers and Dynapro touch to open drawers.

The impressive kitchen joinery also features extensive storage and functionality solutions including beautiful pantry storage with the Convoy Centro Pullout Pantry. Designed in Germany by Kessebohmer, the transparent glass sides create perfect visibility from any side, and the smooth, central sliding mechanism effortlessly carries up to 100kg. The considered and discreet functionality for everyday living also includes a hidden, pullout Hailo Tandem waste bin and stainless-steel drawer organisers to complete the design.
