Peter Farrugia

Managing Director

Peter Farrugia joined Häfele in 1986 in customer service. He worked in various roles, then established Häfele New Zealand subsidiary in 1990. After serving as MD at Häfele New Zealand, in 1998 Peter then transferred to Australia as Managing Director.

Malcolm Ong

Finance Director

Malcolm Ong joined Häfele as Company Accountant / Office Manager in 1983. He was appointed to his current role in 1991.

Andrew Gray

General Manager - Sales and Marketing

Andrew Gray joined Häfele in 1983 when the Company was less than a year old, starting in Customer Service and progressing through Account Management, Marketing before taking the position of General Manager – Sales & Marketing in 2010.

Rob Grieve

General Manager - Category Management & Procurement

Rob Grieve joined Häfele in 1995 as WA Warehouse Manager. He has worked in various roles including Sales & Product Mgt. before becoming National Product Manager in 2012. Rob took on the role of General Manager - Category Mgt. & Procurement as of July 2018

Paul Bucknall

General Manager - Operations

Paul Bucknall joined Häfele in 1989. Paul has worked in various roles within the company, more recently in Purchasing, Systems Integration, Warehouse Management and Logistics. He has now held the position of General Manager – Operations since 2008.

Uwe Adam

National Sales Manager - Furniture Fittings

Started with Häfele in 1997 in Queensland, looking after specifications. Moved to New Zealand to run the subsidiary for 11 years and returned to Australia in 2009 to take over the sales management of the Trade team.

Simon Clark

National Sales Manager - Projects

Simon Clark joined Häfele in 1990 as a Store person in the WA warehouse. He has worked in various roles including Sales Management & Product Management. At the end of 2013, Simon accepted the role of National Sales Manager – Architectural Hardware.

Darren Wooding

National Marketing & Design Manager

Darren joined Häfele in 2002 in sales. Darren has worked in various roles throughout Australia. In 2012, was appointed the role of National Exhibition & Display Manager. In 2016, Darren's role was expanded to include National Marketing Manager.

Stefanie Kaestner

National PLC Manager

Stefanie Kaestner joined Häfele in 1991 as a bi-lingual secretary. Having worked in various supporting roles to Management including PA to the Managing Director, Stefanie took on the development of the Human Resources Department in 2007.

Michael Carter

Information Technology Manager

Michael started with Häfele in 1997 and currently oversees all I.T. operations within Australia, and provides technical support for the Pacific region.

Debbie Burrows

Accountant

Debbie Burrows joined Häfele in 1993, the first year in their new offices in Dandenong. Debbie has worked in the Finance Department since first joining Häfele. Prior to that she qualified for her Bachelor of Business in Accounting in 1987.
